Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes approximately 7–15 business days depending on destination. Express options, where available, are shown at checkout.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Free worldwide shipping applies to qualifying orders above the threshold shown in the site banner.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs and duties
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
