Refund policy

30-day return window
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned with their original tags and packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain items (for example swimwear and intimates) cannot be returned.

How to start a return
Email dfscaller@protonmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
